Zeroloq is open to anyone. There is no minimum age requirement. By creating an account you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.
Zeroloq is primarily a personal commitment and focus tool. While it is designed with individual users in mind, use by businesses and teams is permitted. We reserve the right to introduce separate terms or pricing for commercial use in the future.
You are responsible for keeping your username and password secure. Zeroloq does not currently offer password recovery — if you lose your credentials, access to your account cannot be restored. There is no multi-account limit, but accounts created to abuse the service may be terminated.
Accounts that have not been logged into for 12 or more consecutive months may be deleted along with all associated data. We reserve this right but are not obligated to exercise it. We will not notify you before doing so.
You own the content you create in Zeroloq — your ideas, journal entries, tasks, and notes are yours. By using the service you grant Zeroloq the technical right to store and serve your content back to you. We will never read, sell, or use your content for any other purpose.
You agree not to use Zeroloq to store or distribute:
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these conditions without notice.
Supporter codes issued through Ko-fi are non-transferable and single-use. Ko-fi tips are donations — there are no refunds. We reserve the right to revoke supporter access if a code is found to be fraudulently obtained or shared.
Zeroloq is provided as-is during the pre-alpha and development period. We make no guarantees about uptime, reliability, or the permanence of your data. In the event that Zeroloq is permanently shut down, users will be given a minimum of 30 days notice before the service becomes unavailable. We reserve the right to modify or suspend the service at any time without notice for maintenance or technical reasons.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zeroloq and its creator are not liable for any loss of data, loss of access, or any damages arising from your use of this service. You use Zeroloq at your own risk. Do not rely on Zeroloq as your only record of important information.
These terms may change at any time during development. Continued use of Zeroloq after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States. Any disputes will be resolved under Alabama jurisdiction.
Your data is stored on a private server in the United States. Each user's data is stored in an isolated file tied to their account. Uploaded images are stored in a private directory accessible only through authenticated requests.
Only you can access your content through your account. The service operator (the creator of Zeroloq) has administrative access to the server but does not read, review, or access user content except when required to diagnose a technical problem, and only with reasonable cause.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If your account is deleted or removed due to inactivity, all associated data is permanently deleted. There is no recovery once deletion occurs.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app. If you need assistance with data deletion or have questions about what data is stored, you can contact us — see below.
Zeroloq does not restrict use by age. We do not knowingly collect data from children in a way that would require parental consent under applicable law. If you believe a child's data has been submitted without appropriate consent, contact us and we will remove it.
This privacy policy may be updated as the product develops. We will post the updated effective date at the top of this page when changes are made.
For legal or privacy inquiries, a contact email will be provided here in a future update. In the meantime, legal matters can be raised through the feedback channel available within the app.
